  • I just started, and I'm experimenting like crazy. Here are some that I love: Two carrots One Mango Dime-sized ginger piece One large kale leaf one med grapefruit one apple 1/4 pineapple One beet, leaf and all one pomegranate (just the fruit) handful blueberries one plum
  • THAT is a fantastic idea, cutting it with skim milk. I might have to start doing that. For those choosing to exercise more, are you adding minutes to a previous exercise or adding a different, smaller workout?
