I'm 26 and in my second bachelor year for teaching children ages 6-12. Pretty busy education. Gained some weight back but been logging for about 165 days and lost almost 10kg (22 pounds) so far. I want to lose another 15kg (33 pounds)

It's pretty hard to be accurate because in most styles I pressume you have different sorts of training. Technique training in comparison to all-out sparring/combat training. I did read that the best way to be sure if you really want to know is to get a monitor which estimates calories burned using a band or something…

I gave it a try too but like most fitness games I quit because the moves never register properly so I end up ragequitting.

Builds of guys like Omar Isuf, Tom Venuto and Gregg Plitt. At least you know they're natural and they have some great stuff to learn from. Have a lot of respect for dedicated people like this. http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/rV0NTbK5jvY/maxresdefault.jpg…

One I reheard yesterday coincidentally and it's a valuable one. "There is no failure, only feedback, valuable feedback." Tom Venuto

Today I will do what others won't, so tomorrow I can do what others can't! "Jerry Rice" You can't climb the ladder of succes with your hands in your pockets. "Arnold Schwarzenegger" When the going gets tough, the tough get going. "Billy Ocean"

I eat this nearly everyday: 250g of greek yoghurt, 25g of nut butter, 40g of (chocolate is my favorite) whey and then some sweetener of choice (I use stevia). Mix it with a spoon and be prepared to taste the protein dessert of the gods.

A simple routine is stronglifts, you might wanna adjust some exercises to start, like the Overhead press (OP) with empty dumbells instead of an empty bar, because that could be a little bit heavy. http://stronglifts.com/5x5/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EP2g3Sj3qSw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ro3Mh9o7JPU It may seem…

Brinta or Oatmeal + a scoop of whey + stevia + milk = delicious! :D

The only real food I would really go overboard on now is tiramisu, all sorts :D

I'm the same as Britishbrocco above me! Vegetarians can always add me if they want. I choose it for my point of view on the world and the great breaktrough for me was reading up on Taoism. (The tao of pooh and the té of piglett, strange names I know but they are worth the read) I never missed it, not a single day, that was…

Hello! First of all welcome! If you only have at home to train, a great book in my opinion is "You are your own gym" for conditioning exercises. Although you can find alot of routines online too.

I love smoothies and trying to get new flavors, downside is that sometimes my recipes don't always work and don't taste that good. Adding you to get (steal* :D) some recipes!

If you click search with the exercise tab, there will be an option: "add an exercise to the database" and if I remember correctly doesnt kinect adventures have a kcal tracker? Then you can just put in the name "kinect adventures" and then the duration and the amount of kcal you burned. I hope this helps

I'm always in for more support! Added you!

New vegetarian friends are always welcome, I'll add you! Other people can always add me. Then I can use their njammy recipes :D

I start of by doing my weight training routine and then instead of the normally intense cardio I go for a walk trough the green parts of town. Love sundays!
-
Exactly the same for me! I'm at 25% now and going to go for an all time low goal of 8% and then maintaining at 12-14%. I'm a huge fan of Tom Venuto and am using his lifestyle from burn the fat feed the muscle, it's entirely dedicated to losing body fat and not body WEIGHT. MInimal lean body mass loss is key!

I always have an "oh yeah protein bar" they taste exactly like candy bars and their macro's are alot better (not great, but better). But sure if it fits in your daily goal just have a snickers. Micromanagement is one of the biggest reasons people give up.

The big Lebowski. It had been a while since I laughed that hard at a movie. I remember seeing it as a teen but then I believe I didn't understand everything and now I did. Instant classic :D

Gave it all, ready for another round!

Always good to share the journey with other people!

Defeatist- hatebreed (almost everything from hatebreed tbh but this is my favorite!) Bulletproof - Five finger death punch Run- gnarls barkley FIght music- D12 Till I collapse - Eminem ft. nate dogg. With the exception of my martial arts classes I try to keep my workouts under 30-40 minutes and make them high intensity. My philosophy is that humans were made for hard, fast bursts of activity followed by adequate rest. I don't believe in more than an hour on the threadmill etc.
