Me too! I LOVE my cereal in the morning. Every now and then I will have fresh fruit if it's something I like and it is in season, but more often than not I'll have cereal and then some fruit later on IF I get hungry before lunch.

Yeah, I have trouble with the healthy snacks even. Seriously, I could eat 3-4 apples, even if I'm not hungry. Yes, they're healthy, but at 80-100 calories each, when I've already reached my goal? Well, the scale just doesn't move. I've tried drinking water and telling myself I'm not hungry (because I'm really not) but I…

I have this problem too. The only solution for me is to not eat anything. Not a crumb. Once I start I can't stop. Seriously, I will eat ANYTHING. It's awful and I don't know how to stop myself. Seriously. In a week I can control myself MAYBE one or two nights a week. Even brushing my teeth doesn't help.

I'm a Yank, but spent 10 years in Perth and have dual citizenship. Does that count?

PMSL!!!! I love it! Probably would have worked too. I met my hubby when I was 21 and he was 33. I can't remember if he called the next day or not though. Not to worry, lots of fish out there! "I don't have a gag reflex!" Brilliant!

Lots of kids are raised vegetarian. As long as she isn't raising the child on potato chips and granola bars, it will be fine. Protien from eggs, milk, cheese and beans are all wonderful. My daughter decided to become a vegetarian when she was 6. All on her own. She went from eating steak and chicken legs with white rice or…

I know, right?

I used to eat them growing up but the last time I got them, they just tasted like chemicals to me. If I want something sweet I'll go for some toast with jam. Or just some fruit.

YESSS!

Avocados are soooooo good for you! I use them in place of mayo, I'll throw a slice into a smoothie to make it creamy, or blend it into salad dressing to make that creamy as well. Avocado is filled with good fats and we NEED fat in our diet.

Hooray!!!!!! WELL DONE!

No tattoos for me.

I have been running since September. I can now run 4 miles. I still hate it, lol.

I love it! Well done!

Before I started jogging it was around 85. That was about 8 months ago. Now it's 65. :)

If you are only eating one or two a day, and your diet is relatively low in saturated fats, there's no need to throw them away. The yolk is where a lot of the nutrients are so if you are tossing out the yolk you are missing out on quite a bit.

I like Vega. I also like the ones from Mercola.com.

Too much sugar is bad. That being said, after looking at your diary most of your sugar does come from fruit. Now, if it is fruit or going face first into the chocolate cake, yes, go for the fruit! I think that is why Weight Watchers says that fruit is free. If you can keep the processed sugar out of your diet (sugar that…

I was vegan for several years, but it was so hard. My GP says my cholesterol is a little high, so maybe I will go back to it.

I have high cholesterol. No cupcakes of any sort for me. :( THAT is what makes me grumpy, not that I'm hungry, lol.

I'm vegetarian and so is my 8 year old daughter. :)
-
I just use regular pasta and bulk it up with tons of fresh veggies.

I have to be honest. I don't consider anything that highly processed to be real food. Yes, it is low in calories, and portion control will help you lose weight. If you look at the ingredient list though, there's hardly any real food in them. Once in a while probably won't kill you, but I certainly wouldn't rely on them.…

Lose the weight and you will lose the belly. Also do some ab exercises. All you need is about 10 minutes a day of things like crunches and what not. But losing the weight will help.

He isn't allowed onto your property, only allowed to trim any branches on his property and then place the branches he has trimmed back onto your property to deal with. That being said, I rules vary from state to state, but I'm sure they would all be similar. But no, he can't come onto your property and burn your tree.

My husband's cholesterol was close to 250. He stopped eating processed meat, reduced his red meat intake DRASTICALLY (to MAYBE once a week), and within a month his cholesterol pretty close to normal.

I always log things individually so that it's more accurate, right down to the olive, lettuce leaf, M&M, etc, lol.

That's wonderful! And you can be down a size by next year I'll bet! :)

I was always under the impression that it was a great, whole grain snack, as long as you go for the all natural kind, not the microwave stuff slathered in chemicals. Even if you pop it with a bit of healthy oil you're still good, I think.
