I use the RunKeeper app for tracking my Running progress so I use the calories it gives me based on my Time and Distance. I then use that Calorie number and plug it into my Diary in MFP Cardio Exercises as Running(jogging) 5 mph(12 min mile), which will show up in the search, and just adjust the minutes completed to match…
