2 shakes a day will do you no harm, i have 2 double scoop shakes some days (38g per shake) and I've experienced no adverse effects! If you're tired of chicken, try turkey, beef, pork, lamb or even quorn! And for fish, theres loads of options! Tuna, Salmon, Mackrel, haddock, cod etc...variety makes any plan easier!

Make the bbq a treat/cheat and indulge! Had a bbq on Saturday, had 2 chinese chicken wings, 4 chicken legs, 2 burgers (in buns) and a bit of salad...no guilt!

As long as carbs and sugar come from fruit, you have no worries, fruit and veg are the things humans thrive off :)

Entire Pizzas (pepperoni, meat feast, bbq chicken, Hawaiian) Deep dish and thin & crispy are both on the cards. There's also a takeaway near me where I can get 16 inch square pizzas for £9, so they're a weekly cheat if I've behaved all week! Entire share sized bag of crisps and popcorn (the 150-200g ones) like doritos and…

I'm 5ft 10.5 and I started my weight loss journey at 180lbs, and I really didn't make too many changes and you shouldn't have to either! Firstly, the biggest change for me was no longer using the car as often as possible to go anywhere! - I'll walk the mile to the shops, and walk the mile back with bags - 4/5 times a week,…

Not necessarily, when you stop the shakes, if you've learnt healthy eating ways then you can implement them and maintain being at a lower weight. Also more protein and less carbs isn't necessarily true either. Protein is a must and help with satiety, so increase it by all means, but carbs are perfectly fine, I hit anywhere…

I usually have 2 Bananas before a workout, the sugar gets into your system quickly and gets you going, usually gave a protein shake (low fat, low carb) after a workout made with water, then have something along the lines of rice/pasta with chicken breast after a shower

Used to get 200g bags of tortilla crisps for 46p at Tesco, along with 60p bags of 5 jam doughnuts, maybe a liter for full fat milk and a few bags of chocolate buttons, then sit and graze through it on the xbox, then maybe a pizza and a few beers in the evening - used to be a standard saturday for me and my mates!

myprotein.com have a diet and weight loss section and a meal replacement shake that I found pretty filling.

Nuts....100g of Walnuts (snack sized portion to me) is 680 something calories...he could have 1 or 2 servings of them a day and he'd be adding over 1000 calories to his diet right there, along with hefty fat and protein levels.

25g in shells was meaning I eat what is weighed as 25g while in their shells, I don't eat the shells themselves
-
I'd generally eat back your exercise calories! - If you need more calories, ive found that adding 25/50g of grated cheese onto a fairly large serving of brown rice/pasta (even a smallish 60g serving) will give you a fair calorie kick!

Tried the iifym one, came out at 2453 calories per day to gain, so not too much more, I'll look at the scooby one when I get back from Uni later :)

That was awesome thanks!

I use a protein shake meal replacement from Myprotein.com for breakfast, its 200calories 32g protein 8g carbs 2g fat ...but I also have a banana, and 500ml water with it

I had a 10 inch pepperoni pizza and a 200g bar of dairy milk last night. REGRET!

My girlfriend and I often boil/steam broccoli and Green beans together, then chop them up so that they're almost shredded and mix them into brown rice, problem solved for me, it's worth a try!

I'm by no means big, and im fairly new to trying to gain some weight, but my brother is pretty well built, he says that he likes getting to his goal size/weight/bf% after a bulk/cut cycle, but after a few weeks there, he starts wanting to get bigger again! He doesn't know why, he just feels small after he's stayed the same…

Not a girl, but I had the same problem when I started lifting...Now the skin on my hands is tough (not dry or rough though) and occasionally the skin with flake a little, but it generally heals before each session now

Try giving weight lifting a go. It is for me a great form of stress relief. Look at 5x5 stronglifts as a good starting programme. You'll get strong and you wont get bulky, but get dense, strong, toned muscles. A great thing is the metabolic gain from lifting! - You increase your muscle mass, which boosts your metabolism,…

I don't know how to calculate your calories, but snack on Nuts if you can! - Walnuts and Almonds are really calorific (600ish caloties for 100g) which are quick to eat, and contain plenty of fat and protein!
-
Gala are great, and if you can afford to fork out £2 for 4 apples (which is the price near me anyway) try Pink Lady, i've never tasted a nicer, more crisp apple!

Firstly, don't be hard on yourself! - Being a mother in general will no doubt take up most of your time, let alone through the holidays, making healthy eating/prep harder! Glad to hear you're enjoying using Herbalife, I started last June having 2 per day and experienced pretty good weight loss :) I use it mostly now on…

I can't think of any brands off the top of my head as I rarely buy them, but most protein bars in stores (the ones that are like £2-3 each) often have 200-400 calories in them and are usually very filling! Not too cost effective, but they should satisfy you for a few hours!
-
Only just seen this today and DAMN! You look awesome man! You're testimony that dedication pays off, and you look freaking awesome! P.S - you already have some decent looking arms and shoulder muscles too, enjoy your bulk!

I suffered with a similar problem after a bad break up in Feb of 2013. Went to see a Doctor and they said it was stress based - from a mixture of my personal life and work/uni. They recommended I started walking in the mornings before breakfast and for 10 mins after every meal, and to eat foods that don't fill you up for…

Mix it with chocolate milk!

I think it's a pyramid scheme! My friend made some cash on it, but still... I personally hope they don't get into too much trouble, their protein bars are quite tasty!

Make the Pizza fit as has been said, or if you have a 'cheat meal' allocated every week or however often, just re-locate it to your pizza party?
