I looked at your diary and you will need to get away from the processed foods like the cheese and the lunch meat. Basically if it didn't go from raw to cooked when you made it it will have added salt/sugar. Also bread is destroying your sugar counts as well. I'm in the same boat so I feel ya! I try to stick to the veggies and a white wine spritzer. You can also make sure you pack your own healthy snacks when traveling.
