Weighing is what I do. I weigh *everything* and look for entries in the database that lets me type in exactly how many grams of the product I ate. I often have to put a lot of entries in myself because a lot of them are in "cups".. being from the UK, I have no idea what a "cup" equates to!

I'm 5ft 2in and 7 stone made me look SICK. But if you want to get there, eat healthy. Log everything. Exercise. It's the same, no matter what you want to weigh.

I think you mean conceited. I'll be eating what I want, when I want. I have the rest of the year to be good :)

Like I said, I lost 1.5" off my stomach in the first 10 days with the shred :) Well, I say 10 days - I took 2 rest days so, in reality, it was 12 days :)
-
Actually, my body normally targets my chest and legs first - 2 areas I had little to no change in whilst doing the shred. My stomach has always been a problem area that took a LOT of work to shift. It was the first to go during the shred.

I lost 1.5" off my stomach in the first 10 days of the 30 day shred. Total of 8lb and 4 inches off :)

I'm over my calorie goal from eating too much food at a restaurant and I'm now sat at home drinking copious amounts of woo woos (cocktail). Sorry, not sorry.

Not stressing or worried, just curious really! I'll need to have a look and see if my favourites have nutritional information available, thanks!

I found this on here: Multiply 3.267 x your weight (lbs) and that is how many calories burned in an hour. 30 Day Shred = 27 mins -: divide above figure by 3 since the warm up and cool down are considered exercise but not intense. That gives me about 159 calories burned. However, I've just downloaded an app called Calories…

Mine are open to friends, I think!

I'm doing the 30 day shred and I have before photos and my measurements. Each level is 10 days so I plan on retaking measurements and photos every 10 days. In the photos, I'm wearing my underwear. No tight jeans that will pull my thighs in even a little and no top that'll disguise even a tiny bit of my stomach. I've taken…

Not on Christmas day itself, no. Food is a big thing in my family on Christmas day and I cannot WAIT to pig out and enjoy myself without worrying about portions sizes or weighing out food. It's one day - I've got the rest of the year to be good :)

I sign in every day and welcome all new friends! :)

I haven't overeaten in the point of too many meals or too many snacks but absolutely MASSIVE portions in meals. Far, far too much. What's helping me is having my calorie goal here on MFP and recipes from online. It's just me and my husband so I look for recipes for 2 (or 4 and half them) and stick to that - they're the…

Thanks guys. I wasn't disputing the lesser amount of calories, merely asking why - I'm new to this. I've been housebound for numerous years so exercise is an alien thing to me. I have lost weight, about 7lb, so it makes sense now. Thanks again :) I have no real way of working out how many calories I'm burning as I can't…

5ft 3in. Starting weight was 155, now 14-something. GW of 120 or thereabouts. I've been at 99/100 and I looked sick so around 120 would be good.

Thanks for the replies everyone, a few bits of advice for next time! I'm doing the 30 day shred. I can feel it in my abs when I'm doing it but still get the neck pain, sometimes so sore I can't bear to carry on with it :\ But I'll keep at it.. Practice some more when I'm not doing my 30DS level (only just finished day 2 of…
