Ended the month with 101.74. Didn't make my goal but with Halloween being the last day of the month I got in almost 7 miles of regular walking! Goal for next month is 100 and I WILL make it!!

OK - so I decided to figure out an average for the days I didn't have my Fit Bit, based on previous days doing the same things. So, as of 9/8/13 I am at 33.87 miles. Woo Hoo.

I am in for September for 125 miles again! Gotta step it up AND I won't really be counting until Friday the 6th since I broke my Fit Bit! New one comes on Thursday!!

I go over my sugars every day that I have fruit, but I just subtract it out to see where I am for the day on "other" food. I will never give it up though! Chips may have no sugar, but they are much worse for you than fruit!

When do you take it? I was on 50mg and didn't really notice any weight gain. I recently came off of it and no real change..... except that my anxiety is back! So I actually made an apt. today to go get back on it. I always took mine at night though, so I don't know if that made a difference with me or not.

I am nervous to weigh in again! I have stayed off the scale since the end of May. I am hoping that the weight lifting is doing some damage :) Enjoy the wedding!!

At 27.96 miles as of yesterday. So far I am on a good roll!

I find that I do better throughout the day if I eat breakfast. I eat every 2-3 hours though, small meals. It works for me. I have friends who only eat b/t 12-7 every day and that works for them. You need to find what works for you :)

GET IT! ANY OF THEM!! FITBIT is great and really pushes me to move more. I have a desk job and make it a goal now to his so many steps at work. The website is great and so is tech support, should you need it. You won't regret it!!
