UGH!! Weigh In today is 195.2 I must have had too much sodium over the weekend b/c I was 192.6 on Friday!!!! Grrrrrrr............. This week I am doing a challenge a day. Today's is 200 crunches by the end of the day!

I am 5'4" and I have pants that are 10's and some that are 12's and 14's. I bought a dress for a wedding last week that was a 16 b/c with DD's the top was too small in a 14. I actually find that I like the Lane Bryant 14/16 shirts the best b/c with the DD's they have the length to them to not ride up. I hate when my shirts…

I am 5'4" and I am at 190 right now and I burn about 10 cal. a min. as well. I was told that was about the "average" until your body becomes use to that certain cardio. Then you switch it up!

That is great! I want to start running since its the one exercise I have never really done. And my HR gets up that high too. It always has. It does go down some when I am more fit, but it still stays quite higher than most people. I saw a cardiologist and he said there was nothing wrong with it :)

I was just looking at that the other day and was tempted to buy it, but I am a total impulse buyer so I thought I better wait and look more into it. I am thinking that its something I should go ahead and buy :)

They have a machine called "Yonanas" and its awesome!!! I use it at least 3-4 times a week. I have tried it with strawberries, chocolate, they have recipes with wine too! LOL!! My next one is a mango coconut that I am going to try tongiht. The machine is awesome and it blends it up perfectly. It was TOTALLY worth the $50…

I am on Day 8 today. I moved onto Level 2 on Day 6 and there is a big difference! to motivate myself I took before pics and then I want to take after pics to see the difference!

I love spinning!! Take 2 Tylenol when you get home and it will help with the sore butt. If you are sore more "up front" then that means you are sitting too close and you just need to back up some. I am also a DD and I have to wear 2 bras - my regular bra and then a sports bra. I have come to LOVE the Under Armour sport bras. They can be a little pricey, but I was able to find one on clearance for about $17. they have the double criss cross back so I feel that they support me really well. Good luck!
