In my humble opinion.... Don't search for a workout that burns the most. You might find it boring and dread doing it. Consider finding a workout that you will enjoy and look forward to. I have 3 kids. 2 natural birth and 1 c-sec. The pic with purple is back in Sept when I first got serious about working out and eating right. The one in black is 2 weeks ago. So a little less than 4 months of serious dedication. I still have a long way to go though. But it's a start.

I did Turbo Jam for 5 years and lost 3/4 of my weight with this program (mixed with Zumba). Now I am into Turbo Fire. I am currently going into week 9. I love Chalene's programs. I am toying with whether I should continue on through 20 weeks & buy the advanced set of TurboFire or trying Chalene Extreme.

He actually kind of got on my nerves with all his emotional hoop-lah. I read the 1st book and just could not get into it, so I didn't read the other 2. I did enjoy how the writer did the whole Ana dialogue with her inner selves. That was funny.

I don't avoid any food I want unless I am already close to my calorie limit for the day. The only thing I avoid like the plague is soda. It tends to hurt my stomach.
