I do this one too. My husband just chuckles cause when we go to his Mom's for dinner she does not have the smaller plates so I try to leave a rim of the plate a little larger than normal around my food so it looks like I am just crowding all my food together.

I am actually looking to lose about 130 pounds or possibly a little more. Please feel free to add me. I am always looking up new tips that I would be more than happy to share and would love any advice you come up with to give. It is always nice to create a good support system.

My calorie range is about 2600. I dont usually map out my plan though doing so would probably help a great deal but find it hard to plan too far ahead with 2 young boys. You could always go to google and type in "Meal plan 3600 calories per day" and see what it comes up with. Google is my answer for everything. :)…

Actually I am nice and warm right now....outside is not so much.... was -15 when I left my house yesterday to take my son to school according to my thermometer...hit 9 for a high yesterday.

I have access to a scale but dont like to give it too much thought, my biggest sign that I have lost some weight ( I was down more than I am now I gained some back) is that I was able to run around with my kids...not get as tired and was able to keep up with my very active, very quick 3 year old son when he took off…
