hello,
i'm pretty new here, and am currently working towards losing some weight, but I don't have regular access to a scale. What is the best way to measure my progress? tape measure? Would love some guidance here.
thanks!

Make some fitness goals, and rely on what you see in the mirror. The scale tells you WEIGHT loss, not fat loss. Don't like what you see? Keep working.0

I also like to try on an article of clothing that I used to wear to see how loose it has become.0

I have access to a scale but dont like to give it too much thought, my biggest sign that I have lost some weight ( I was down more than I am now I gained some back) is that I was able to run around with my kids...not get as tired and was able to keep up with my very active, very quick 3 year old son when he took off running on me at the park. So remember no matter what you do do not focus too much on what the scale says, FOCUS most on how you feel. Best of luck.0

Also when your clothes are loose. I kept pulling up my pants. I was using safety pins to take them in if they did not have belt loops.0
