  • My dad was a trucker and he took a lot of apples, wheat sandwiches, carrots, and a lot of water w/him. He would never eat at any of the gas stations unless he had too and if he did it would be something small and healthy. Keep occupied w/books, sleep, and do some walking so your not always thinking about food. Good luck.
  • I eat only 2-300 out of my 900 workout. For my 500 workout burn i eat about 100-200 calories over. NEVER all of it.
  • I EAT CHIPS AND DON'T SUBSTITUTE BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO STOP EATING WHAT I LOVE. IF I STOP EATING WHAT I CRAVE THEN I'LL EVENTUALLY FAIL. SO I INCORPORATE ALL THE FOODS THAT I LOVE AND EAT SMALLER PORTIONS OF THEM.

  • You either can go on or give up. Picking up after a fall separates you from those who just give up. If you don't want it bad enough then you really truly don't want it. You didn't pack it on in 1 wk it took time to pack on the pds. Those who succeed can fall many times but what they do is NEVER give up, ever.

  • Of course there's failure. You rise above the rest because you can pick yourself up after you fall. You keep going and going. You fall and pick yourself back up till you reach your goal. It's slow and it's hard work but the person who makes it, is the one who doesn't quit even why they have down days.
  • Water is just the better decision to go with but that's just me. I use to drink sodas all day long whether diet or regular.   • My dad was a truck driver for a long time. My mom kept his weight under control by packing a bag full of apples for his wk long trip, some sandwiches, and some veggies. He never ate elsewhere unless he ran out of food and he usually picked up something healthy. You def can do it!!! Good luck .
  • I weigh everyday and sometimes twice. Once in the morning and right before i go to bed. It actually keeps in sane.

  • Try to get them in earlier before bed time.If your just not hungry then just leave them out. There is a difference and eating a couple hours before is your best bet. My aim is for 6 pm and I try not to have anything after that time.
