I'm defiantly in I started Week 1 Day 1 this morning and I love it I wish I couldve done it outside but it is raining like crazy outside so I had to do in on my treadmill, but I'd love some motivation I know once I do get to do it outside I'll need all the motivation I can get COUNT ME IN

I haven't done the 30 Day Shred yet but I plan on doing it I've heard a lot of great things about it I'm doing the TurboFire dvds right now and I LOVE THEM!!!!! Chalean is great and the music is awesome

When I had tonsil surgery I went throught the same thing I lost 22 pounds in a week (wish I could do that now) but I found that the best thing is cream soups and I even did just regular chicken noodle soup. Hope you get to feeling better!!!!

When I wear my heart rate monitor it says that I burn around 800-850 calories hope this helps.

I love listening to Black Eyed Peas, some of Lady GaGas stuff. Anything that has a fast beat to it so I can get going especally when I run!!!!

I will be finished with my first week tomorrow and love it!! Still have to work my way up to doing the jumping jacks full out but all and all it is great. I've already lost 6 pounds and 2 inches off my waist!!!!! So ready for week 2. Good luck too you!!!!!!

I have a Polar FT7 and I love it. I wear it all day and you never realize how many calories you burn throughout the day. Defiantely choose one with a chest strap, so you dont have to worry about putting your fingers on the watch all day you will love it!!!!!
