Trouble with NET CALORIES please HELP
I've been on MFP for awhile now but I'm still kind of confused about the whole net calorie thing. Do I have to eat back my net calories or just try to eat no less 1200 calories a day? I'm so confused because I've heard so many different ways:huh:
