Hello I'm on my 2nd week of Turbofire and I love it to death but was wondeering did I jump into it too soon. I seen the Turbo Jam and the Turbo Fire and chose the Fire because of the music but now that I read certain things I see that I probably shouldve done the Jam first. So I quess what I'm asking is will it hurt me as far as calories go to do the Jam when I am done with the Fire because I've heard the Jam is a little easier and I dont want to go down I want to move up or should I just skip it and go to the extreme? So confused on all this Hybird and extreme stuff!!!!!!

  • I own turbo jam too. It is easier than turbo fire in my opinion. There is more dance and it isn't as fast paced, with less fire drills. Its fun. I did it for a couple months before I purchased turbo fire but it was because I had purchased it a while ago. I think you will be fine as long as you modify the moves and than work your way up to the higher intensity. Listen to your body! If you don't think your ready for the program or think you jumped in to fast, there is a pre workout schedule in the turbo fire packet.

I haven't done the ChaLean Extreme. I LOVE using Kettlebells. So I do that instead.

    Good Luck!

You are totally fine! The programs aren't meant to be used in succession of one another, although a lot of people do end up doing it that way since they are so successful as far as results! However, it is all about your own fitness level! And if you are rocking it out with TurboFire now...you will be totally fine when you decided to do Chalene Extreme! No sweat! And let me know when you decide to buy CLX? I'm here to help you!
