Doing TurboFire BUT!!!

I am currently in my second week of TurboFire I had to start over because of a kidney stone but back to my question....Should I also do strength traing along with the TurboFire or is the program enough? I'm guessing when you do cardio its good to add strength training as well just didn't know if the sculpt and toning parts in the program were enough. Help please!!!!

Sorry to hear about your kidney stone...hope you're feeling better. The strength training workouts using resistance bandsm are fine if you're just looking to tone. Personally, in this latest round I've incorporated ChaLEAN Extreme workouts instead of the TF strength training to increase the weights.0

absolutely, do you have Chalene Extreme? I am doing the Hybrid Turbo Fire and CE. I think it is important to keep your muscles toned. If you don't have CE then do some kind of strength training.
Lift weights at least 2 times a week. It will charge your metobolism so that you'll continue to burn calories for up to 38 hours, according to a study.
I started doing turbo jam 3 years ago then graduated to CE to build muscle been doing for 1 year and now I am doing turbo fire. It is so much fun! I can really see my body transformation. I will never give up on weight training, especially at my age 53.
