Great job. I am starting my journey today and my SW is the same as yours although I am a bit shorter. How much water did you consume per day? I hear it really helps. Thanks.

Hi...I am 55 and working out 5-6 days/week at the gym alternating weightlifting days with aerobic days for 45-60 min a workout. Feeling great so far.

Sounds like it may be bursitis.. I usually get it in my knee after I've been away from the gym and then overdue it with a repetitive motion like the elliptical. I just got over a bout about 3 weeks ago and the pain lasted about 10 days

Good luck with that. For me it's a slippery slope that I don't usually recover well from. I'm just trying to leave enough calories each day to enjoy a small treat.

I'm in. Started at 298 in August, joined MFP two weeks ago currently at 270. Goal of 175.
