^^agree! One day will not hurt you. If I had to "diet" everyday I would have quit a long time ago. Just enjoy yourself and eat as you please, then continue regular habits the following day.

Continue to eat below maintance. Get at least 1g protein per pound of LBM. Lift heavy with compound lifts, (bench, squat, deads., barbell presses.) Have patience. A hour a day is plenty of cardio, unless you training for a half or full marathon. That coupled with your weight training sessions is enough. Just stay under maintenance on your calories and the weight will continue to melt off. Remember you didn't put the weight on over night, you're not gonna lose it over night.

My birthday is the 15th, and I am signed up to run my very first race that day. It's a 5k mud/obstacle run. That is a great gift to me. If you had ask me two years ago if I would have ever paid to run a race in the mud, I would have said hell no!
