I'm a little taller than 5'5"...5'5.5" but my current weight is 155 and I'm a size 10. Ideally I'd like to weigh 135-140 which would probably be a 6 or an 8.

I have acid issues and tummy problems. Even though I have a healthy diet, acid reflux just runs in the family. Sometimes during workouts I do throw up, I'll get nauseated randomly and just barf and then be fine. I stopped eating an hour beforehand and I don't take my vitamins an hour before, too, and it seems to be helping.

I just put jalapenos on everything. But my favorite spicy food would have to be the level 4 tofu pad thai at my local Thai place. (I wash it down with a thai iced tea, of course.) So spicy. So perf.

Eating on a deficit makes you lose weight, as stated plenty of times above. Eating garlic is just delicious. And it makes your breath funky.

Yeah, for 45 minutes of No More Trouble Zones, I blast off about 400 calories. But it's almost 200 more according to MFP. I'm extremely pleased with my burns, but MFP overestimates so much.

^This! I have the polar ft4. It comes in a plethora of colors, it's relatively cheap and accurate, and it's easy to program. I think I paid 100 bucks for mine at best buy, and that included a two year warrantee.

I like the No More Trouble Zones. It's free on youtube, and 45 minutes of circuit training with 10 minutes of warmup and cooldown. it's really intense, but I burn so many calories and I'm getting great results by integrating this with lifts from p90x.

I jump rope 30 counts every 3 sets or do 30 jumping jacks whenever I lift weights. It keeps my HR between 157-167 so I burn some calories during my lifts and keeps me energized.
