Scrapjen, you said it. I also have the Aria and after a year, mine is working well so I probably will not switch to the Aria 2. I am changing username and password since the security breach. Old name SassyBMT is now Sexy_ret1REE57. Keep pushing on to those goals friends.

I was looking for a way to notify friends of my username change because of the security breach. If you are a friend of SassyBMT, you can now ask to be added to be friends on SexY_ret1REE57 's list. I am the same but the name has been changed to bump up security. Keep pushing forward to your goals and see you on the flip…

[/quote] I am adding you. I need to know how you were able to lose 25 lbs. since I have been using MFP and Fit Bit and altered my water and diet to a live style change, I have only lost 5-10 and gained all back. Not sure what it is I am doing wrong but maybe together we can figure it out.

5'3 over 50 trying to get back down 35 lbs. for good. Birthday 1 March Yeah!!

I am 5' 3" also and hoping to hang onto my booty and breasts. They are just right but, I need to lose 2 dress sizes and 30 lbs. to start out. Retired soldier and over the 50 hill (can't seem to get back to 140 lbs.) and have had some health set backs. I encourage you all to keep going and don't give up.

Just had surgery mid-December and am not cleared yet to really exercise. So for now, I am content with just walking around the house and at work. I will know if I'm cleared to exercise after January 18. Hopefully, I can go back to water aerobics and my treadmill or even walking in the park. Happy 2016, Feel the burn…

Thank Adc7225 for the well wishes. Same as 2CABettterMe, I missed logging one day and now my count is back to 26 days in a row from 329 days in a row. Oh well, at least I have restarted by participating in a jumpstart treadmill weight loss program. I work out (run/walk) 4 days a week with days off so my knees can recover.…

Don't give up...you can do it. I have been having joint problems of late so I have not exercised as I usually do on my treadmill. With the weight plateau, I try increasing my water intake and walking more during the day. I have a desk job and have to force myself to take a break more often. Fitbit challenges are helping me…

Ha ha ha, that's the way to beat the "wanna go back to bed" blues. I like that.

Pennsfinest_32, welcome to the rest of your life. I too am a native Pennsylvanian but, I now live in Kansas (I vacation in Philadelphia every summer). I wear a fitbit flex and find that is motivation to push me to get up and walk every hour. I like seeing the number of steps increase and the fitness step challenges from…

Not so good for me. I have been off my treadmill for 7 days due to aching joints. My Ifit score went from 98 to 0. OH NO!! I have to start over, and I only made my 10,000 step fitbit goal once in the last 8 days. So much stress last week and this week started out the same way. I guess I have to put my superhero costume on…

How are you holding up onlyeli? You can do it...one step at a time.

I am excited by my Flex. I have been gaining friends and been invited to some step challenges. I had a daily challenge yesterday with fitbit users around the country that I won. I also earned a new badge because I reached 20,000 steps for the first time since February 14, 2015 (when I was given my FitBit Flex). I have lost…

Well ladies, we have reached the end of March and hopefully, we all saw some goals met. April starts tomorrow and on to more better things (ha ha that sounds funny "more better"). My NSV for today is I am standing up most of the day at work to get a jump on the walking and stretching for April. (I have an adjustable desk…

Thank you ladies for this blog. March is my birthday month and I turned 54 on the 1st. Yeah me!! You all keep me going and hoping that life gets even better as we continue to have birthdays. Yes, I celebrate every birthday that I am above ground and able to enjoy it. Weight is coming off slowly but surely and I am the…

Congratualations Adc7225!! I am trying to get my husband on a Fitbit One (his wrist is too big for a Flex).

Congratulations Laughter_Girl!! My NSV: I've been wearing a Fitbit Flex since Valentine's Day. I have earned a couple of badges for consistently walking/running for days. Yesterday, I earned the "March of the Penguins" badge for completing 70,000 steps for the last 4 days. I also lost 2 lbs.

I have a flex and mine syncs often. I have the MFP & Fitbit apps on my Windows phone so I can sync multiple times during the day. I don't disengage then engage any more because it causes my two programs to not talk to each other (like support said). Don't give up.
-
I have a flex also. Like Elizabeth stated, I really like the nofitications from Fitbit that tells me when I am close to my goal and cheering me when I meet my goal. It also lets me know how my Fitbit friends are doing when we are on challenges together (person A is closing in on your steps; or you have pulled in the lead).…

I also fluctuate ~ 5 pounds up and down. I try not to let the scale throw me. My clothes and stamina tells me I am improving.
