My one friend on here (real life friend) doesn't log on anymore. Not looking for accountability or support just some, "hey...how's it going? Good, goooooood." I'm primarily here to log; the good, the bad, and the 'OMG, why did you eat that?!!?' so take a look and friend me if you're curious.

Those dry pimple like things on the upper arm are probably Keratosis pilaris, simply your skin isn't exfoliating and it's dead cells built up. Harmless but irritating. I have the same thing and brushing does help it.
