I took car in for oil change and new tires-both will happen tomorrow and rode my bike home from the garage. This means I'll walk to work tomorrow and then either call for a ride or get garge to pick me up.

Do burpees!

I think you should use the shake weight. There is an on-line video to follow. Sort but you could do it 3x a week.
-
consider biking while ankle heals.

well you look small enough in your profile that you will rock your wedding photos. I would try to maintain not lose next semester. Focus on fitness for a nice buffed look. Trade out the bar for the gym. It will help you deal with stress. Get Fiannce to work out with you.

Great job. Keep up the great work!

ok chair workout for you. Get a small set of handweights-or some cans from your cupboard. You can do this! keep this up until you are allowed back in the pool!

I'm 57 and diabetic type 2 45 lbs gone from logging, and daily walking. I also eat much lower carb than I did before. It IS HARD work but it does pay off.

Don't eat all of everything. Leave food on your plate but taste everything!

which is better? Depends what you want. Jogging gives you more burn per minute. Walking is easier on your joints. Continue doing both as both help with overall fitness and support weightloss.

always weigh yourself at the same time-our weights flucuate during the day try first thing in the morning after using toilet.

Planks with forearms down.

walking, running in the water-with a deep water running vest, and biking are all good options.

You could get a bike computer and the magnets that clip onto your wheels and measure distance. Then you would need to find out how many calories you burn wheeling a set distance. I really wouldn't worry a lot about the actual calories burned. Follow your set calories-sometimes nursing homes can deliver exactly the calories…

my top weight was 204. Start small but keep going. Try walking 15 minutes a day and logging what you eat.

Very small swimming pool is all you need. Add a motor and current to swim against.

O heck. Walk outside. Enjoy the view and your surroundings. Walking, some biking and calorie counting helped me lose 45 lbs. Sometimes I walk with friends. Often alone. It has made a huge difference for me.

So wthe compromise I did on my bike was that I got dual purpose pedals. Flat on one side and clip in on the other. When nervous about terrain etc. I just unclip and ride on flat side. Start with the "cages" so folks even take the straps off. It's just a simple pull back and your foot is out. At least look at them in the…

aqua size classes.

Nope thighs are fine. Your thinking isn't. Seek professional help.

Gently saying don't let your anxiety wreck this. 7lbs in 2 months is great . Keep at it and you will achieve your goals!

I don't know if anyone else has said this but ATTACH your FEET to The PEDALS. The easiest way to do this is a cage-that your foot can slip out of - always reminds me of a saddle stirrup. Then when going uphill you can PULL your feet up as well as PUSH your feet down. It lets you use another whole group of muscles in your…

I have a misfit shine and it has a setting for tracking swimming. You could also just track by time and lengths ie 1000 metres (20 or 40 lengths in most pools) in 90 minutes -or whatever it is taking you. Then you can see progress by speed and distance.
-
I got a trophy today on my "misfit". It's my fitness tracker.

As a melanoma survivor I have a hard time supporting anywhere that has tanning booths. Tanning booths are known to cause skin cancer.

I had a favourite pair of sugoi capris. Great technical fabric. Wore them for work and for biking. size XL. Loved them so much I had picked up a large and then a medium in a very good sale-and the hope of sometimes slimming down. Couldn't even get the button done up on the med and large weren't wearable. Well moved into…

Did a yoga class today AND then called a friend to walk with. I'm having great success she has a great dress for her son's wedding next month and wants to fit it a bit better.

I'm a diabetic and so must limit carbs to regulate my blood sugar. Wouldn't that qualify as "sensitive to an entire macro"?

I too prefer the web. I find app is harder to navigate-but it has always synced.

I know that I lost 45 lbs since Feb. with walking being my main form of exercise. The key was consistency and of course tracking food and staying in my calorie limits.
