Did your doctor suggest any balancing exercises? I just googled "balancing exercise for vertigo" and found articles on vestibular rehabilitation therapy that might help. My friend has BPV and does exercises each morning to help with her balance.

Mine is ice blue, so her name is "Baby". Also, nobody puts Baby in a corner!! Previous cars were the Bulldog, the Tank, the Armada (because it was bigger than the Tank!), and the Cosmic Ark. :laugh:

I chose the weight I was in college. I've lost 37 lbs so far. My blood pressure is back to my normal 100/67. I can shop in the size medium tops!! :happy:
