I would suggest buying something cheaper in the next size down. You may lose your weight in a different place and it might look a bit off. I would buy the 8 and have it tailored! You can always have it tailored after you lose the 10 pounds! :smile:

You want to be comfortable with the amount of food you are eating. You don't want to be starving yourself at the end of the day. Unless your planning on eating 1200 Calories forever I would stick with a higher amount. If your not losing weight fast enough try cutting 250 calories out every couple of weeks until you see…

1200 calories to 1450 is the recommended amount for a completely sedentary person. Unless you are bed ridden you should be eating 1400 as a minimum unless directed by a doctor. If you are quite active try eating around 1800 a day. Hope this helps.
