I'm going to sign up for the challenge at my gym in Virginia. I think I will start at the end of the month because I have several events to attend in the next couple of weeks and I want to be able to go 12 weeks without derailing my challenge.

I took a class yesterday but I did not use my new HRM because I wasn't sure how to use. IIt was a great class and I felt it this morning. I am going to take another class this evening with the HRM and see what it says.
