Yes I have the flex and the MOTIVATION to keep moving is enough to make it worth it. I do not like falling LOW on the leaderboards.

Yeah....Im not too fond of the active minutes either. Doesn't seem correct but as long as my steps are accurate and improving weekly.

Finish another round of C25K running faster and also start strength training this quarter. This should get me close to my goal weight.

Mine was actually LOGGING everything I ate everyday. It was an eye opener to see just how many calories are in fast food.

This was a great challenge and can not wait til the next one. I had some amazing non scale victories. One being today I have on this slick lil black dress.... I NEVER EVER wear dresses. I am on week 6 and never in a million yrs thought I could run 20 mins straight...start slooowww and just do it. I currently train on a treadmill parked directly in front of my big screen and run while it watch my daily dose of family feud."I just love Steve Harvey...he so funny lol!!!

I am on my 5th week and the App/Program really works. Just go slow and do what it says.... I am up to 10 straight minutes which is a major accomplishment for me. It really is more of a MIND thing. You can do this!!

SW 168 CW 166 Gained 1.2 lbs this week which I somewhat expected after the splurges. I am back @ it this morning and will try to double up as much as I can with the exercises. Hoping for at least 1.2 loss this week to get me back where I was.
