YES it works and it works FAST!.. I would never even dreamed of counting calories...let alone logging them. But I have lost 4lbs already this year. It makes you a CONSCIOUS/responsible eater and drinker.

I have been feeling a lil lighter and less bloated lately and the scale reflects that... SW for challenge 168. CW since challenge 166 :) some motivation to keep going..... This logging food really helps.

I am noticing that my stamina is improving and I am able to go longer in between breaks. My balance is much better from day one and I am a bit more flexible. No weight loss but that will soon come.

SW 168 CW 168 Glad I did not gain but the scale also has not moved. I did have a few rough days where I know I just was eating too much. I will check my inches later to see if there is any progress there.

I weigh in twice daily right before my morning coffee and soon as I get in from work. I know "overkill" but I enjoy seeing how much I fluctuate from the morning.

I only allow myself REAL sugar on my first cup. A second cup or any sweet drinks after that MUST be with splenda.
