In agreement here. For the price the small chili is delish & filling. Plus it doesn't rob the bank of all your calories. Chipotle get's an honorable mention.

Day 2 is no joke! I am sore already. I concur with everyone ..take breaks as needed. It took me 0ver an hour to complete the 40mins but it felt good to get all the way through it. I wonder how day 3 will be tomorrow. I will catch up soon.

Great question....I was researching these yesterday on Amazon. I want a fitbit or something similar for a little more accuracy than MFP. The synchronized scale look appealing too but a bit pricey.
