I ATTEMPTED the fit test last night and failed. I got through the warm up and two exercises and I was BEAT... I knew I should not have eaten dinner first. I opted to finish my workout on the treadmill. I will attempt again tonight BEFORE I eat and take as long as I need to complete all the exercises.

Not annoying at all and maintaining is the key or none of us would be here. I have so much more knowledge now that once I do reach my goal weight I know I will be able to stay there.

I took some before pics in a fitted tank top. Oh the HORROR...lol. I did not suck in the tummy just let it all hang out. I will also save and post along with my AFTER pics. Just too embarrassing right now.

I was simply saying I have LOST interest in that plan because that would not be practical for ME right now. I currently do not have weights nor gym membership. I currently have a treadmill/dog a few workout tapes and MFP so if the workout is outside of my means then I have LOST interest.

We want OUR LEVEL of truth meaning if a beginner like me is reading the boards we are discerning whether or not the advice is practical for us. I know my strengths and weaknesses and if I see advice that fits me then yeah I will adhere. But if I see someone saying lift weights 3 days a week ... P90X 2 days...log calories…

Cutting down on the oatmeal may have helped. I dunno what it is about oatmeal but when I eat it with or without sugar it goes straight to my head with a feeling of some sort of Dysphoria. I love oatmeal but had to cut it out...I presume its the wheat/oats.
