I'm just looking to get down to about 15 % body fat. So maybe 14lbs so really sure how much I'll have to lose

Thanks for all the help so I should increase my calories to 1800-2000 area? And I'll still lose about a lb a week? At the minute I'm not eating enough.

I eat stuff like broccoli, but I'm trying to keep my sugars down so that's why I'm not having much fruit.
