I have a 3 and 1 yr old....for them I'm working out from 5-7am so I can spend time with them when I get home.

I have happy hour every 2 or 3 fridays, which is the only time I drink. It's fine. I just workout every friday morning to account for the calories late in the day. I stick with micro brews.

I have the Polar FT4 and love it. I learned that the watches that come with the monitor that wraps around your chest, is the most accurate. The ones that just use your write for heart rate have to be really tight to function.

I'll have a protein shake or clif bar in between my meals so I don't get a craving. It's gets easier.

It's simple math. There was a professor from the Kansas State that lost weight on a candy diet. Basically, they just kept their calories below their required daily maintenance. - Don't do it!
