I love these pumpkin cookies! Only about 42 cals each. I usually substitute off brand artificial sweetener in for the sugar, so that i can plop several dark chocolate chips onto each cookie for the same amount of calories! You could of course do both regular sugar AND the chocolate chips, I just like keeping the cals as…

i'm the same as snuggle. i try to eat 40/30/30, and some days i have trouble reaching those goals, even while utilizing protein powders and quest bars! i consider myself to be a protein lover for the most part, but 40 would be really hard for me to reach.

nope! wouldn't be opposed at all but just haven't really had the opportunity. most live several hours away.

i log just about everything- condiments, gum, tea, crystal lights...i think the only thing i don't log are dry spices such as oregeno, basil, paprika, etc.

mesmerizing, yet terrifying.

tea and eggs every single morning!

Well said! I can understand judging the business model, perhaps, but I think judging the people that go there is pretty misplaced. I've belonged to a few different gyms and in each one, there were people on each end of the spectrum- heavy lifting AND walking 3 mph on the treadmill. Neither of the two bothered me. Edited…

This for me, although my meals are weighted more heavily the later in the day. As in my breakfast is usually around 200 cals, lunch around 3-400, and then for dinner i go ALL OUT. I just don't get quite as hungry during the day but am ravenous at night.

Thanks for the info all!

Thanks for your replies everyone! Next running day I'll lace my shoes much more loosely and see how it goes.

If it continues I do plan to check with my doctor, too. Something I didn't originally say is that I'm not insured at the moment, so if POSSIBLE I'm trying to avoid an appointment. I should be insured in the near future though, at which point if it's still an issue I'll check it out.

I'll definitely try that! I already keep them relatively loose, but they could certainly be looser without danger of falling off or slipping around too much.

dying.

and now, a few hours later, i can wholeheartedly say i AGREEE!

When you email restaurants you're planning to go to (even if not for 2 weeks) asking if they have the nutritional info for their menu. Not having it on their website gives me a sads.

just got my first package in the mail this morning! so excited to try one for my between lunch and dinner snack! i got the chocolate chip cookie dough, which seemed to me to be the overall favorite from other forum postings.

Haha exactly. Here's hoping that by next Christmas I have the strength to buy one package, let it last more than a day (or a sitting), and be satisfied.
-
My personal fave are the ones that come out around Christmas. Oreos covered in white fudge. Sweet baby Jesus.

Mine is similar to yours, OP! Face first, stomach last. Although another one that I see go relatively quickly is my back fat. When I'm at the larger end of my spectrum (180s) I always have one roll of fat that hangs over right around where my bra strap would be, when just standing straight up. I can usually see a…

I love Labrada Nutrition Lean Body for Her, in the soft chocolate ice cream flavor. It's better with milk, but even made with water it's pretty good. Only 180 cals a pop.

I'm similar to a lot of other people that posted here. I am more able to control my hunger and binging throughout the day, and ravenous at night. Typically I eat around 150-250 for bfast, right around 300 for lunch, and really load em on at dinner. Some days, especially if I've worked out a good amount, my dinner is just…

I got the mirena about 5 months ago. I. LOVE. IT. of course that doesn't mean everyone would or that everyone would have as great an experience as I did. but...love. lovelovelove. no ill side effects in my case, and i appear to almost be done having a period (have only spotted sporadically and not really had a period for 3…

I'm in! CW: 177 GW: 140 Age: 27 PPW: 2 ETA info that I noticed others included in their posts!

Hi Mark, I just got one about 2 weeks ago, and I love it. I do feel as though I'm getting a much more accurate read. That being said, it wasn't DRASTICALLY different than what MFP had given me. I would say on average, my HRM gives me 25-50 less calories per work out than MFP would for a lighter exercise, and 50-100 for…

Bump! A great reminder.

it depends on what one considers "cheating" to be! yesterday, i came in under my calorie goal...but that included a piece of chocolate cake. so was i "cheating"? in my opinion, no, but in someone else's opinion it might be!

i'm about 5'7", and tentatively hoping for around 140. however, when i lost weight a few years ago i got to 148 and was pretty happy with that, so when i get to 150ish i may re-evaluate and decide that 150 is fine and work on toning! about 180 now.

Just joined yesterday, and definitely in search of some pals for some mutual support! Will do some adding of my own, and anyone feel free to add me too!

Agree with everyone here! I liked the "were-lady" idea. I can be stuffed to the brim, on the verge of throwing up from being so full, and still stuff one more bagel or another handful of chips into my face. It really baffles me, especially when it's a food that I don't even particularly like that much. During an emotional…
