Has your amount of exercise increased also? If so, then that may be a major factor. Otherwise, if it's just your diet, then I would suggest seeking out a medical professional. Can't really say much else without know what you eat, as well as the fact that I'm just going off feminine knowledge :P

The usual 3 a day (hopefully around 350 cal or so for each on a 1200 basis) for losing :) And one or two snacks depending on my calorie allowance/hunger.

My boyfriend's mother has a campaign going on about the flouride in Australian tap water. The part I agree with is the fact that the public never gets asked whether they want this stuff in their water.

Oh god I did 3 hours of full-on tennis the other day (omg sore as) and I had no idea what to do with the deficit xD I'd agree with eating back a third of the calories. But otherwise just experiment and see what works for you.

My knee-jerk reaction to that is definitely clean food. Mostly because of the lack of nutrients in the typical junk food diet and crashing.
