Lol. Yes!!!! I usually have about 48oz the first hour I'm at work. I have 64 for sure once I'm home. One 32oz cup with dinner and the other slowly adding up before bed. So yes, it all in the end adds up to about a gallon of water a day!!! For me water is the easiest thing to incorporate.

I haven't heard of it but I must admit that I tell ppl who want to use fat burners to use black coffee or espresso as a safer alternative. I LOVE coffee but I dont think I'd like being on it 24/7 or for diet purposes. Lol. :noway:

I use them in my grount turkey. So I chop up a whole bunch of them and saute them with the ground turkey when its cooking. I would totally rock some legging with the lace at the bottom ( remember????) some white keds, a NKOTB shirt tied in a ball on the side, a pony tail really high with a scrunchy and my bangs totally flipped high with some aqua net. Oh and colored nails!!!! With some big colored loop earings.

Hi. Thanks for the input. My long steady miles are a must for my marathon training so I need to get those in. Running accounts for 2-3x a week. I do Crossfit and bodyrock workouts which is a lot of circuit training with weights which accounts for at least 3x a week.Thanks for your input. Its greatly appreciated.

Yes, I couldn't agree more. Have a hearty breakfast, usually doing this will help blood sugars any how through out the day. Eat some high calorie snacks. Hummus, natural PB, add a little more healthy fats into your diet like Avocado on a sandwhich or salad, and some beans. Small but filling and they're higher in cals. Hope…

try some good fat. Usually when we're dieting hardcore we lack good quality fats. natural no salt PB, Olive Oil, Fish oil, etc. Sometimes I'll have a tbs of PB and that'll do it for me. Hope this helps.

I soak mine overnight. Its easier and I just scoop out every morning how much I want. Put them in a container and add either water, almond milk, or fat free milk and I put some nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla extract, whatever you like and let them sit. Scoop out in the morning and add your fruit!
