Lifting and Gaining
I started a program this week, lifting pretty heavy weights. I'm doing 2 days on and one day off. My diet has been good but I noticed a steady 1 lb weight gain a day. I think I'm up 3lbs this week. I know it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to have gained that through a 1350-1400 calories a day. So, am I doing something wrong? Or am I…

Salmon
So, when I eat out I usually always get some type of fish and 9 out of 10 it's salmon. I like it. Last night I attempted it again on my own. No bueno!!!!! It's very fishy and I don't like it. Any ideas? Thanks!

Upped my cals, need advice on how to eat more
Ok so I'm trying to consume more calories. Currently I have about 800 left and that's with one more snack and dinner. Getting cals from recipes?
Ok, I cannot figure this out. I don't know how to get the servings/cals from my recipes. I'll put an example. 1 1/2 C of oatmeal= 221 cals 2 1/2 C of Cocunut Milk=200 cals 2 TBS of raw honey= 120cals so I usually use 1/4 C of this? How do I figure how many cals I'm actually getting? Thanks!!!

MFP "If every day was like today you would be ? in 5 weeks"
So, every night when I close out or submit my food entry cals I notice that MFP will say something like, " if every day was like today blah blah blah," then it gives you a weight that you should be at in 5 weeks. Has anyone found this to be true?
