I believe you're supposed to try and get 1gm of protein per lb. So If you're 200 lb=200gm of protein. bodybuilding.com is a great source and I use it a lot for research purposes.

I'm following the Lee Labrada Lean program from Bodybuilding.com which is basically, Day1 Back/Biceps, Day 2 chest/shoulders/triceps, Day 3 active rest with 30 mins of HIIT, and onto legs, etc for Day 4.

LOVE Crossfit!!!!!!!! Totally has changed my view on how I workout. Did it until about 4-5 months of being preggo but of course have not continued due to complications but OMG! can't wait to go back to it and my running. Its very much addicting in my opinion. Especially if you are competitive with yourself. :D
