Start of this challenge: 205 lbs Last week: 189.8 lbs This week: 190.6 lbs Gain of 0.8lbs this week. Total loss since beginning of challenge is 15 lbs. I am back on track with a weight loss of 3.2lbs this week. Was 193lbs last Monday and this morning I'm at 189.8lbs. Here to keeping on track for the next few weeks so I can hit my goal of 180lbs.

I didn't do so welll surviving this past weekend. Was down to 190lbs and very happy about it Friday morning. Then we went away for the weekend and I'm back at 193.2lbs this morning. I'm hoping that it is a lot of water weight but even if it's not I will work hard this week to get back down again.

It was 3 lbs in 2 days for me this past weekend while we visited my sister. Had some great seafood though. I will definately be getting back to the grind since that same sister is getting married the end of August and I am her maid of honor. Just going to think of it as a small set back but not one that is going to stop me…

No weight loss to report this week but I'm not surprised. Didn't do as well as I should have. More exercise and less poor food choices this week. Just found out I have to be in a wedding the end of summer. Time to crack down. I will have better news to report next week.
