It is a mixture of strength training/cardio/ab routine and you do 3 different sets. It i about 20 minutes in total. But if you are doing insanity and other cardio, you'll actually find this workout a bit boring. I did P90x, and zumba and got this DVD. Didn't like it all. Salmon and Tilapia are my favorites. As you are starting out, keep it simple. Bake or pan fry with little bit of oil and spices.

The opposite actually happened to me. During the last year, my eye prescription in both eyes have gone done. My doctor things this is b/c due to my increase intake of vegetables and fruits in my diet along with workout daily.
