So true. Especially for women....our symptoms are rarely chest pain...the symptoms that women commonly feel are back pain, numbness on the ride side of your arm and tiredness.

Yeah.....those 1st 10 pounds are huge, and the next 10 pounds will be awesome as well. Keep these amazing mini-goals and you'll get to your goal weight.

That's wonderful. Congrats on you awesome journey. So true that you should never deprieve yourself of the food that you like. I also still eat ice cream from time to time and have my burger (but everything in moderation). Keep up the great work.

1) There is more to life then getting your PhD. Get out there and enjoy life. 2) Get out of my comfort zone and move away. It will be scary at the beginning but the discovery of what is out there in the world is just amazing. 3) Stop spending late nights at the hospital, get out their and start moving.

I am in the camp....I have about 15-20 more pounds to go. The 1st 70 pounds were so easy....now comes the hard part. Just have to take it one day at a time......and keep going :-)

I track everything (as best as possible). Fruits do have high amount of sugar, but it is good sugar. Vegetables do have higher amount of carbs, but its better to eat carbs then processed white bread. Just make good choices and you'll do fine.

Some great trips you have there. I have been traveling a bit lately also and eating healthy is always very hard (especially when you are on a business trip and may have to do meals with clients etc). But just monitor portions and you should be good. Have a good breakfast. I try to take some protein bars or nuts for snacks.…

I would suggest doing a combination of both. Do more cardio then strength training, but do try to do some strength training from time to time. I just tried the peach margarita...it was terrible. It tasted like some sort of medicine. I had to add some ginger ale to make it drinkable.
