That's what I do, if the weather is decent, I do one day outside, one day on the treadmill, and have a rest day. It will take me longer to get through the program. I thought I would hate the treadmill, but I have learned to tolerate it. My pace is faster than when I am outside, but on my outside days I just cut back the…
