Actually, I do keep track. The app just isn't in my phone anymore. I've cut out any liquids besides water and occasional skim milk with my cereal/oatmeal. I eat fish and chicken. I'm 5'8 Calorie goal 1200 I go to the gym for minimum 45 mins/3-4 times a week. Cardio for at least 20 of those minutes

I love this! It so hard for me to not weigh myself almost everyday. I've never been this close to where I want to be before so its this mental block I have. This is the first time I'm honestly doing this the RIGHT way and seeing results. I'll have to ween myself off the scale

Yep, I'm with you. I'm 21, 5'6 and 207 currently. GW is 175 by the summer and 150 by my birthday in October My largest size was 255 in May 2013.
