I agree - I try not to eat late at night... I do like a snack every evening around 7 to 8pm - I try to just eat fruit...nothing heavy.

I don't think I'll ever be able to 'Not' track my food too. About 2 1/2 years ago I decided to 'change my lifestyle'. I started exercising regularly and counting calories...it worked - I lost 25 pounds! So for about 9 months I did it pretty faithfully...after that I quit counting calories but continued eating the same…

I say go ahead and have a piece - nothing wrong with a splurge every now & then! For my next birthday, I'm going to try an angel food cake with strawberries & maybe a bit of fat free cool whip! :)

I don't personally know of anything. Sorry :( Months ago I decided to make a change and drink only water....was awful at first but you get used to it & now just seems natural.

I agree with Cenafan - would just be water weight & would probably come back just as quickly! I will add though - you do lose quickly at first... You might want to weigh just once/week.

Hello & Welcome! You've come to the right place! Counting calories is the only way I've ever lost weight successfully...and MFP makes it so easy! I also LOVE takeout - especially PIZZA (just like you)! Since I've been on MFP (almost 4 weeks) I've avoided takeout pizza...I have to learn self-control before I expose myself…

I totally agree with everybody - enjoy the ribs! Try not to see things in black & white...just last Sunday night I ate a TERRIBLE dinner but I was aware of what I was doing, I made the choice to do it and the next day I was back with my regular routine & it was OKAY! Allow yourself to indulge a little! Enjoy the ribs!
