I can tell you after losing almost 90 lbs myself, I have sagging breasts, I have stretch marks, and some hanging skin. But along my long journey I have learned to love myself and I feel beautiful. I can look past my flaws and know that I am healthy and strong. Keep fighting and work on loving urself! U will do it!

I totally understand..that was me last year. I had a 11 yr old, an 8 yr old, a 1 yr old, and a newborn. A fussy newborn who I had to hold 24/7. Moby wrap saved my life. Fruit, toast, yogurt, nuts, carrot sticks with pb, protein shakes. It will get easier, hang in there! Love,Jules

I just ordered mine today! I ordered the Bodybugg v3 and the display...that way I can see my burn during the day and not be shocked at the end of the day. I had a c-section, and a month later my gall bladder removed. I forced myself to walk! Walk walk walk...it all adds up. Be diligent about tracking! You will get through it..just remember it is temporary. Get on here often and focus on small accomplishments! You can do it and good luck with ur surgery!

Hang in there! Don't get stuck on the numbers! I suggest you measure..cuz you've obviously lost inches. The scale is just a tool/not a be-all,end-all. I try to go with how I feel. I have lost like 2 lbs in the last 3 months. I'm ok with that cuz I am healthier than I was and I will eventually break through. Keep eating…

You are not eating near ur daily goal. Very few veggies/fruits. 500 cals in veggies and fruit are better for you than 500 cals of pizza. etc. Are you exercising? If you really don't know..talk to a dr. sometimes other things are going on with our bodies. What ever you do..don't give up!!!!!!

It is possible..don't get discouraged! Try eating all ur cals..it really makes a difference! You can do it! Keep ur chin up!!!

I don't have much advice on how to help you with the meals..cuz I tend to eat differently than my family( stepsons are super picky) My portions have changed more than anything..so I still make a lot of the same dishes. . I just got through a 2 month....8 week plateau after losing 65 lbs. It sucked big time...but push through it. Don't give up. I tried changing up activity...food intake..all kinds of things. It could be gall stones. I had them after my pregnancy/c-section. A lot of women get them during pregnancy. Anyways...The key to avoid the attacks it to eat very low fat bland foods. I would try figuring out if u are really hungry...like you have a feeling of hunger in your stomach, or are you just thinking u are hungry. I am trying a new thing where I only eat when I feel the hunger feeling. I am eating wayyyy less than I was before..and find myself thinking I am hungry..but find that I am not feeling…

I got stuck when I ate all my calories. Try to up ur cals with snacks..u will feel like ur constantly eating. Eat healthy things that are higher in cals..Peanut butter is what I use when I need to up my cals! You can do it..don't quit. When I increase my cals..my weight started dropping off!

Ur loss will slow down after first few weeks. Just make sure u eat all ur calories! Great job!

I was gonna say walk during ur lunch hour..or half of it. Park as far as u can from work building so u can walk then too. Don't give up! You can still lose weight with little exercise if u are eating right. I got stuck and ate more calories and it helped. I started dropping weight. Play with what ur eating and see what…
