I recently got the clearance from my doctor to start working out again after a 2.5 year battle with my ankle that I shattered. I am amazed that after I one week I went from 20 Min on the treadmill and this would kill me. I now do 50-60 Min plus resistance and heavy bag work and I feel alive again.
During my layup I put on 80 pounds and I plan to drop as much of that as I can in a healthy way.
Would love any tips on healthy low calorie meals. that my kids will eat also. (I am a single father of 4)

You can do it!!! I don't have much advice on how to help you with the meals..cuz I tend to eat differently than my family( stepsons are super picky) My portions have changed more than anything..so I still make a lot of the same dishes. . But..wanted to tell u that I am cheering for u and wish u the best on ur journey!!! Keep ur eye on the prize!!! Add me if u need a friend!!!0
