At 2lbs its 1200, at 1.5 its 1220, and at 1lb its 1500. I always eat back the majority of my exercise calories, if not all. I use an HRM so I believe my calorie burns are pretty accurate. I exercise some where between 2 and 4 times a week for 20-45 minutes. I know I could use some consistency but I figure that if even at…

I have the Timex T5G981. Got it for about $60 at Best Buy, it's the only one I've had but I like it alot. It comes with a chest strap and took about 10 min to program it once I figured it out. Definitely worth the money!

Team more! I like earning treats and knowing that when I eat heavier meals that I am feeding my body for a workout later that day.

Not exactly.. But every point is about 40calories... So for every thing you log here you can divide by 40 or if you have the points plus calculator you can just calculate on there and log on the paper tracker. Hope this helps!

The cappalini pomodoro lunch portion is around 480 calories and its delicious. Beware of the salad dressing, it takes the salad from 120 to 350, maybe replace it with fat free something... or zuppa toscana!

I believe you can change your meals from being labeled "breakfast, lunch, etc" to time brackets like " 9-noon, noon-3" or whatever works best for you. Its under settings > diary settings. Hope it works for you :)

I have only tried Turbo Jam and 30 day shred, and I like both. I have yet to complete either program because i like to mix those in with gym workouts to keep from getting bored.

I have 1 that is like that. I have four friends total and the one that i cant see is the only one that hasnt logged in in forever. So I just figured they hide her profile from me in shame on her behalf, lol.

I'm in. This is very do-able. 30 bicycle crunches, 30 squats, and 30 wall pushups (baby steps).

In my opinion if it's still zero calories and not carbonated it counts as water, so drink up! :drinker: I like the Sweet Tea flavor.
