Good morning all, and happy monday! 1/16: 175.4 I watched Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead this weekend and am now inspired to go on a juice fast. Problem is, every store is sold out of the one I want. So hopefully next monday can be my Week 1 start. Good luck everyone!

Wow! I am super excited that I made it to the biggest loser club! This weeks mini challenge can be... to jump start each morning this week with a cardio burst. Whether it be a quick run in place, 10 jumping jacks, or burpees; get moving early to set the days pace! I am not a morning person so maybe it will jolt me. :wink:

Hey Kc. Thanks for this great followup challenge. My starting weight is 175 and my goal weight is 15 lbs in 16 weeks. My mother is taking me to Las Vegas (all the way from va beach) for my 25th b-day Thanksgiving week and I would love to get back on track and look great for my trip!

Thanks for noticing, lol. I log no matter what. The good, bad, and the ugly. I can say that the majority of the fast food is eaten when I give up ( ususally weekends). However, I like being accountable for the trash that goes in too.
