Did not do well this week. Had a turkey dinner at our sailing
club on Saturday night and went out for breakfast on Sunday morning.
Did do some dancing on Saturday night about 1 hr. 15 and did walk
to breakfast there and back 60mins. Not enough for me this week
I am up with no excuses.

Well, a gain this week... But i'm not stressed about it. TOM showed up, and that food i ate last night did not help anything.

I feel like I've been away forever. . .sorry ladies! I am weighing in at exactly the same as last week. I've been under the weather lately and haven;t been focusing on my weight loss nor getting healthy. I plan on getting back in the swing of things, becuase when I am, I feel SO much better!

I've had different suggestions on what to do with our thread(s) to make it less confusing for all of us. One suggestion was to do a different thread for each week that we weigh in. Another was to just stick with one thread and let it roll over. I think both ways have +s and -s. So I decided to start one last one so that the name won't have "weeks 5 & 6" in it. We'll just let it go until it rolls over. I'll still keep an eye out on the other ones in case someone gets lost.
