    Did not do well this week. Had a turkey dinner at our sailing
    club on Saturday night and went out for breakfast on Sunday morning.
    Did do some dancing on Saturday night about 1 hr. 15 and did walk
    to breakfast there and back 60mins. Not enough for me this week
    I am up with no excuses. :cry:

    Today 175.8 :sad:

    Well, a gain this week... But i'm not stressed about it. TOM showed up, and that food i ate last night did not help anything.

    I am proud to announce that I saw ONDERLAND on Saturday Morning! 198.8. That has been a LONG time. So..... Back at it today, i'll be there consistantly before you know it! :)

    I feel like I've been away forever. . .sorry ladies! I am weighing in at exactly the same as last week. I've been under the weather lately and haven;t been focusing on my weight loss nor getting healthy. I plan on getting back in the swing of things, becuase when I am, I feel SO much better!

    I'm weighing in slightly above last week, but it's TOM, so not too concerned with it. Last week's exercise was horrible though, so making that my focus for this week.

    I am back down again but in the grand scheme of things, I am really only down 1 lb total from when we started. That is pretty disappointing actually.

    I've had different suggestions on what to do with our thread(s) to make it less confusing for all of us. One suggestion was to do a different thread for each week that we weigh in. Another was to just stick with one thread and let it roll over. I think both ways have +s and -s. So I decided to start one last one so that the name won't have "weeks 5 & 6" in it. We'll just let it go until it rolls over. I'll still keep an eye out on the other ones in case someone gets lost.

    I'm a little frustrated this am, I ate like crap this weekend (lots of salt) and I'm bloated. But on Thursday, I was 245.5, so hopefully I'm be back to 245.5 soon.
