    Will have to give my weigh in on Monday.

    Last night Club Party and turkey dinner. Last dinner for the season. :happy:

    Danced last night for 75 mins. and walked today for 60 mins.

    I hope this will do something for my weight. I feel water retention and salt
    retention today. I will have to drink large amounts of water to get through this
    today. Wish me Luck.

    Hey, sorry I missed weigh in on monday. I weighed myself and everything but then didnt submit on time. On 10/10 I was 177.6. I started WW@ work on Tuesday and I have a feeling tomorrows numbers will be awesome. In order to stay on track I have to be held accountable everywhere so now with MFP, and Hubba Hubba, and WW I think I will be on my best behavior, lol. Leaving for Las Vegas on 11/18 for my 25th birthday celebration and I want to be able to wear something fancy!

    Well done to all of you that are consistent and losing. To the rest of us...now is our time!
  • There is something extremely satisfying about losing inches! I've had a really good week. I have renewed dedication and I have really found some inner motivation. I have been taking body measurements since April... I compare them week-to-week and month-to-month, but I had never compared my first measurements taken in April to my measurements now. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that, since April I have lost 30 inches across my body! THIRTY! I was shocked, proud, satisfied, motivated and thrilled. Anyway, here are my numbers for this week:

    I'm getting back into running now that the temperature outside isn't miserable. I live in Memphis and we're FINALLY seeing some fall weather. What are y'all doing this week to reach your goals?     kcthatsme- please leave my weight on the chart the same as last week... My mom had some complications with her surgery. She just got out of SICU.(which she just spent 9 days in) I'm hoping nothing else goes wrong and that we will be able to return home soon.

    Wow! I just realized I might actually pull this off...
    I'm a short, small girl so when I gained weight everyone noticed. Now that I've lost 25 pounds, I no longer look overweight, I feel good about myself, and I'm healthier. My mom came to visit me in London over the weekend and we were talking about how I have to buy new jeans when I get back to the states because I've toned my legs (still working on getting them toned, though) and lost weight in my thighs. I actually have abs now (which the girls on my floor always ask to see). Just overall, a great feeling of accomplishment today.

    Another pound lost this week taking me to 211lbs.

    Sorry I've not been around much, I've been feeling absolutely awful lately and ended up having a seizure last night. Been expecting one for a while and hopefully now that it's finally hit and got itself over with I'll be a bit more with it and able to be around a bit more. Next weeks weight loss may suffer, I'm usually insanely hungry for a day or two after a seizure and if something's there....well, let's just say it will be eaten. Quickly. :grumble: Went through 10 spring rolls, 2 bars of chocolate, a chocolate orange egg and a 250g bag of crisps last night :sad: It only stopped there because I went to bed! :blushing:

    Hope everyone is doing okay, both on the weight loss and personal life side of things. Not had time to read through the whole thread yet and catch up.

    Sorry I've not been around much, I've been feeling absolutely awful lately and ended up having a seizure last night. Been expecting one for a while and hopefully now that it's finally hit and got itself over with I'll be a bit more with it and able to be around a bit more. Next weeks weight loss may suffer, I'm usually insanely hungry for a day or two after a seizure and if something's there....well, let's just say it will be eaten. Quickly. :grumble: Went through 10 spring rolls, 2 bars of chocolate, a chocolate orange egg and a 250g bag of crisps last night :sad: It only stopped there because I went to bed! :blushing:

    Hi everyone! Happy Monday! Hope everyone is well!
    So far my weight loss is going great. We went out for a late lunch yesterday, "we" being my 2 daughters and their children and 1 daughter's husband. My own husband had to work and so did my other SIL. We had all gone pumpkin picking/hay riding/corn mazing in the late AM/early afternoon and everyone was starving. We went to an Italian place and while everyone was checking out the menu and ordering all kinds of good stuff.....I sat there and thought about my Hubba Hubba friends and our weigh-in this AM. LOL. So I order just 1 slice of taco pizza for me. Truthfully, I was full when I ate it, so I was happy I didn't order a big meal. Have to say.....this challenge is a great motivator!
    I'm ready for another great week....how about you?
